GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders, including Expedited and Overnight, have a standard processing time of 1-2 business days but can take up to 5 business days to ship during our peak seasons.
Custom items (logos, bar wrappers, etc) require additional time in production and will ship as soon as possible. For existing logos, please allow for 5-7 business days in production. For new logos, please allow 3 weeks for processing and production. For custom bar wrappers, please allow 10 business days for processing and production.
Sarris Candies is not responsible for incorrect addresses or returned packages, so please double check your order before submitting. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or redirects.
TRANSIT DAYS & TIMES
Orders are shipped out via UPS or Fedex Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please call 1-800-255-7771 to confirm if Saturday delivery is available in your area.
Transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times begin once the package leaves our facility.

SHIPPING PROMOTION DETAILS
Shipping offers valid online only at SarrisCorporate.com. Expires Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. No minimum purchase required to receive $9.95 flat-rate ground shipping per address.
Saturday is not a standard delivery day for expedited shipments. Warm weather shipping charges are separate. Maximum weight of 20 lbs. per address to receive promotional shipping offers. Extra shipping charges will apply for every additional 10 lbs. ordered. Shipping offers subject to change at any time.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING (APRIL–SEPTEMBER)
As temperatures fluctuate, we may hold your order if the state you’re shipping to is experiencing temperatures above 70°.
During peak summer months, orders are only shipped out Monday through Thursday. Ground and Expedited orders placed after 11 AM EST on Wednesday and Overnight orders placed after 11 AM EST on Thursday may not ship until following Monday.
All orders will be packed in an insulated bag with ice packs and require Expedited or Overnight shipping to prevent melting. Saturday is not a standard delivery day for expedited shipments.
We guarantee that all orders will arrive in perfect condition when shipped with warm weather packaging. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-255-7771.
SPECIAL SHIPPING
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes using UPS SurePost, however, please allow for additional time in transit.
Sarris Candies is only able to ship to addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Special shipping rates apply to shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.
Free shipping is available for military addresses (APO/FPO). Due to increased time in transit, we cannot guarantee against melting or that packages will arrive by a specific date.
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is available at our Canonsburg store 7 days a week and requires 48 business hours for order processing for standard items and up to 3 weeks for custom orders.
If you are picking up your order before 5 pm, please drive around to the back of our building to garage door #2. Ring the bell and someone will bring your order out to you.
If you are picking up your order after 5 pm, please come into the front of our store first and let an associate know you’re here to pick up an order, then drive around back to garage door #2 where they will meet you.
